My first time at the London Book Fair and I could not help it, brought the camera out of my bag and started snapping. I was like a little girl discovering snow for the first time. I can’t explain the joy of seeing so many books on diverse subjects under one roof. I felt like this was the best place to be. I purposely waited till later in the day, to take the pictures in the galley below because I wanted to capture the stands as they were, without hordes of people. You can be assured that the book fair was packed and not empty. In fact, it was until the event organisers came on the intercom to announce the exhibition was now closed for the day and visitors should make their way out that I realised, it was time to go home. What’s a girl to do when you have numerous publishers stand looking so magnificent. Enjoy!
