This is for Haiti. I just read a news story on the BBC website which says they have decided to stop searching for survivors. My heart is crying for anyone who may still be alive but we will never know because the search is over. I’m thinking, how will they feel if no one comes and they have no choice but to close their eyes and say, my time is up.
I’m crying for those who made it but have nothing to live on and so need help. No matter how we try to explain what happened 11 days ago, it is forever in the memory of those who survived and one can only hope that it never, ever happens again.
If you are yet to give, please, I beg you…nothing is too small or big. Give something.
